We Offer Thermal Imaging as Part of Our Home Inspection Services. The Latest in Inspection Technology Allows Us to Provide an even Higher Level of Defect Detection than using JUST the Human Eye.  As a Certified Master Inspector we have performed over 7500 home inspections.

Buying a home is one of the most important financial decisions you will make for you and your family. As a buyer you want to ensure your future home is safe and free of hidden defects which may cause a financial burden to yourself. Having your future home inspected by a trained professional will provide the security and Peace of Mind you deserve.

The inspector will:

Inspect and review the visual condition of: the structure, construction and mechanical systems. Starting on the roof, checking shingles, flashings, vents and chimneys, observing the exterior structure and components. In the interior part of the inspection we start from the basement and proceed through the house ending up in the attic. Pictures are taken of the items that should be repaired or replaced. We operate all the major systems of your home and list any deficiencies. For detailed information on any home system, visit our Maintenance and Tips Blog for specific details.

Our Free Infrared Scan with Thermal Camera can help discover Missing Insulation, Hidden Moisture or Electrical Malfunctions. A complete thermal scan of your property is included as part of home inspection package and any observations are listed in a computerized report. All reports include pictures of any defects or maintenance requirements. The combination of a moisture meter and thermal imaging camera will detect any moisture or water damage hidden in your home.

You can save money by having a WETT Inspection for only $100.00 when included with home inspection.
